US Urges Venezuela to Free Remaining Political Prisoners in Talks With Caracas

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio pressed Venezuelan Foreign Minister Oliver Blanco on Monday to release the 322 political prisoners still held in Venezuela and discussed reforms aimed at enabling free and credible elections.
